Sandy Swartos of Steam Interactive was presented with the EDASC Volunteer of the Year Award. The award recognizes Swartos' exceptional commitment to EDASC and the community at large. She has contributed more than 300 hours to EDASC projects and events, as well as supporting many other charitable causes in Skagit, Whatcom and Island counties.
