WEB HOSTING
In the event a customer wishes to cancel their hosting with us Steam Interactive requires written (on paper or email) notice wishing to cancel. Hosting fees will be prorated based on the number of days used during the month for web hosting.
PAYMENT DUE DATES
- Websites: 50% is due upon signing the contract with us to reserve our resources. 25% is due upon your approval of the design. The final 25% is due prior to the website being launched.
- Web Hosting, Website Maintenance, Graphic Design: Payments for are due 15 days from the date of invoice. Late fees will apply if payment is received after 5 days from the due date.
- Printing: 50% down payment upon signing a contract with us. The final 50% is due upon receipt prior to delivery of the product.
The parties recognize and accept that the services provided by the Steam Interactive, LLC involve complex technology and are therefore subject to uncertainty. Steam Interactive, LLC cannot be held liable for any loss of revenue.

New projects are taken on in a first come first serve basis.
